Currently, Grosmimi Canada's official products are not sold on Amazon.com or Amazon.ca. Purchases made through unauthorized sellers on these platforms unfortunately invalidate the manufacturer's warranty. We encourage customers to to buy directly from Grosmimi Canada or authorized retailers to ensure the authenticity of the product and eligibility for warranty coverage.
The bottle accidentally dropped on the ground and got damaged, is that covered under warranty?
Unfortunately, accidental damage, such as drops, is not covered under our standard warranty. Our warranty is designed to cover manufacturing defects rather than damage caused by external factors.
