Return Policy
At Grosmimi Canada, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Due to the nature of children's products, we have the following return policy:
Return Window:
- You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, worn, or have had their packaging opened.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Customers need to pay the transportation fee for shipping back to us if requesting returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.
Non-Returnable Items:
- For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of items such as feeding products, bottles, foam brushes, and any products that come into direct contact with food or the body once they have been opened or used.
- We do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds for any Grosmimi products bought from non-authorized sellers.
- We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Requesting a Return:

Damages and Issues:
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges:
- The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Free Shipping Offer:
- Grosmimi Canada offers free shipping to all locations within Canada for orders totaling over $80 CAD. Upon placing your order, you will be notified if you do not qualify for this promotion.
Chargeback Policy:
- To protect our company's interests and maintain a positive relationship with our customers, we have implemented the following chargeback policy:
- Prior to initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card company, customers are required to contact us directly at grosmimicanada@gmail.com to address any concerns or issues with their order.
