I searched high and low to find a stainless steel drinking cup with a 100% silicone straw for my daughter (8mo). To my disbelief, this is the only one! She is still learning how to drink from a straw but the fact that you can detach the long part to help them learn by leaning back is very helpful!

My toddler is obsessed with drinking water from this cup! This cup is worth every penny.

I contacted customer services on Jan 3, and on Jan 6 I got a reply saying Grosmimi is looking into this case and will get back to me.
But even though I followed up on Jan 7, till today, I still haven't heard anything back from the team.

Last Sunday, I found my parcel lying in the front door of our building, we normally won't take the front entrance since we mostly use the garage door. And because Grosmimi says "get back to you as soon as I can", I didn't expect the package would be found/re-sent before someone contacts me.
I'm very disappointed at this point, because first for unknown reason my package was missing, then delayed for almost 2 weeks, then the custom services team handled this rudely.

I love the design and functionality of this tray! Its deep sections make it easy for my child to eat out of. The suction cup is solid and sticks so well it can lift the table. My favourite thing is that my child can't reach the suction cup to release it, because anyone who's used regular suction plates/bowls knows the suction isn't any good once the child gets their fingers under it.
